For any oral surgery, including implant surgery it is essential to strictly follow the guidelines given by your dentist. Succinctly we mention the need to avoid contact with anything hot, the evasion of wounding the surgery site, the scholastic cleaness of it, as well as the evasion of any tendencies upon the cheeks and lips. Smoking is absolutely prohibited for at least 3 days after the surgery (for implant surgery, smoking should be intrerrupted from at least the day before surgery).
